Everybody has at least one good post in them.  If you have an idea for a good post, but don’t want to commit to maintaining your own blog full time, then a guest post might be the thing for you.

Shoot me an email with your guest post idea and there’s a 90% chance I’ll give you the green light.  The only requirement is that the post is 90% informational, and 10% self promotional.

Don’t worry if you don’t see eye to eye with me on the market.  In fact, I would encourage dissent as long as your post is well reasoned.

The investment real estate market is extremely diverse, and a lot of times I can only flush out topics that involve my small part of the world.  So I would be interested to hear from other practitioners.
